Increased collaboration and transparency.Many services offered within ECM are scalable and anticipated to be available to Federal entities across the public sector through the Treasury Shared Service Division. ECM is based on Microsoft SharePoint and offers both Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions. The ECM CAB is comprised by senior business executives from each Bureau or office within the Department of Treasury.ĮCM provides Treasury-wide solutions to meet collaboration and other customer requirements and is designated as the preferred Treasury content/collaboration platform. ECM, as a product suite within Enterprise Business Solutions, is governed by the ECM Customer Advisory Board (CAB).
